Transportation of Time-Critical Shipments

Our services include the provision of charter flights with almost no weight or volume restrictions and express shipment clearance. We are here to meet even the most demanding and urgent requirements of our clients.

AOG and Automotive

We specialize in express air freight of aircraft spare parts in situations where the aircraft is grounded and requires immediate action (Aircraft On Ground).

Our services are invaluable, especially in critical situations where an aircraft cannot return to the air without immediate replacement of a damaged or malfunctioning part. In these moments, time literally equals money, and every unnecessarily extended hour on the ground means big financial losses.

Our team is trained for AOG situations and our response is immediate and coordinated. 

Our logistics network and cooperation with air carriers allows us to organise the transport of spare parts with unprecedented speed. For the premises of Vaclav Havel Airport Prague, we hold ID cards for our staff and vehicles and are thus able to arrange delivery/pick-up “under the wing” within the SRA area.

We organize express air transports of spare parts from different parts of the world to minimize the time the aircraft is out of service.

In addition to the aerospace industry, we are also involved in the express transportation of spare parts for automotive production lines. In the automotive industry, as in aviation, every production line stoppage can cause huge financial losses and delays in supply chains. We provide “critical spare parts deliveries“, which means we deliver spare parts directly to production plants to the minute. In this way, we help keep production running smoothly and eliminate potential delays.

Pharmacological consignments

We transport critical biological and pharmacological shipments for clinical trials and pharmaceuticals, and can arrange shipments in all temperature regimes, from pharmaceutical products to sensitive biological samples.

We specifically offer a Direct-to-Patient / Direct-from-Patient service that allows direct transport of drugs and samples between the patient and clinical facilities, simplifying and speeding up the entire process.

We cooperate with teaching hospitals and laboratories across the Czech Republic and provide express air transport of critical shipments worldwide. 

These materials require specific conditions such as strictly controlled temperature regimes. For this purpose, we have technologies and equipment that allow us to maintain shipment temperatures between +2 and +8°C, +15 and +25°C, as well as the option of transporting in dry ice for the most sensitive samples that must be kept at extremely low temperatures.

In addition, we offer an exclusive “white glove service”. This premium service involves handling your shipments with the utmost care and attention. Our staff are specially trained to not only transport shipments safely from location to location, but also to ensure that the shipment is maintained in perfect condition throughout the entire transport, which is crucial to maintaining the integrity of sensitive biomedical and pharmaceutical materials.

For the most efficient shipping process, we also offer the option of on-site customs clearance, which significantly speeds up the entire process and minimizes potential delays. We have our own fleet for urgent collections and deliveries throughout the country and are able to cover the Slovak Republic with native speakers.
